Launched with data centers — the epitome of information technology — as its seed project, the Big-Tech BU delivers AI data centers, ICT company facilities, and architecture addressing the climate crisis under the keywords “technology, environment, and people.” It aims to become a group of architectural experts preparing for the future while considering rapidly-evolving technologies, swiftly-changing environments, and human coexistence within them.

Since the completion of the Naver Data Center Gak Sejong in November 2023, the unit has been expanding into various data center architecture markets. Recently, it has entered new business areas by undertaking consulting services to find solutions amid climate disasters caused by global warming, as well as designing the ESG Campus Kakao Jeju development project to foster coexistence between companies and local communities.
