Participated in the design competition, highlighting a proven track record in high-end residential projects such as “Jamsil Leel”
Proposed a “high-end residential platform” that capitalizes on the location along the Han River and the characteristics of the light industrial zone

JUNGLIM Architecture Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “JUNGLIM Architecture”) has entered the design competition for the “Yeomchang Woosung Phases 1 & 2 and Samchully Integrated Redevelopment Project” in the Yeomchang-dong area of Gangseo-gu, Seoul, marking a step toward creating a landmark along the Han River.

Given that the project site is located along the Han River and is designated as a semi-industrial zone, it is regarded as an area that requires not only residential development but also the efficient reorganization of the urban structure and policy-based responses.

JUNGLIM Architecture is participating in this project based on its accumulated experience and track record in executing large-scale projects. In particular, drawing on its high-end residential design expertise gained through major urban renewal projects—such as “Jamsil Leel (Jamsil Misung Crova Redevelopment)” and “Songpa Signature Lotte Castle (Geoyeo 2-1 Redevelopment),” both of which recently welcomed residents—the firm plans to propose a design strategy tailored to the Yeomchang-dong site.
