Located within Pangyo Techno Valley 2, a hub for cutting-edge future industries, the site sits at the intersection of urban and natural environments. Geumto Stream, which flows along the southern boundary of the site, and the open space designated between the two plots are key elements of the architectural design. By maximizing the distance between the two towers, the designated open space embraces the beautiful natural environment surrounding the site. Combined with a low-rise design that steps back as it rises, this creates an open innovation space where innovative companies and aspiring entrepreneurs can meet and interact. We look forward to seeing innovative ideas flourish in this open space (Bloom Square), which was designed not by filling every inch, but by carefully considering where, how, and how much to leave empty.
