Highrise Residences In ECOPARK

Highrise Residences In ECOPARK

The site offers unobstructed views of the lake to the north and is designated for the future construction of an international school to the east. The primary focus of this project is to create a culturally rich residential environment and a mixed-use cultural space that integrates organically with the urban fabric. A plaza has been placed along the northern lakeshore, with commercial facilities arranged behind it to revitalize the area as a commercial district. The main building has been designed so that many of the residential units can enjoy lake views. From an urban landscape perspective, the project aims to create a landmark complex for ECOPARK by utilizing mass segmentation on the main building’s facade to create diverse architectural forms and by specializing in a podium design that considers the human scale of the pedestrian environment.
