This project is situated in a location that overlooks Haeundae Beach, with Jangsan Mountain as a backdrop. To harmonize with the natural landscape, the building’s facade features soft curves that evoke the imagery of forests, blue waves, and breezy paths, emphasizing its symbolic significance. Specialized elements have been incorporated throughout the complex, centered around three key themes: Sea (Haeundae: Leisure), Mountain (Jangsan: Elegance), and Island (Dongbaek Island: Uniqueness). The development features penthouses with sweeping ocean views, terrace houses designed to take advantage of the sloping terrain, and high-end community facilities such as a DIY workshop, a tea house, and an art stage. Additionally, a sky lounge, swimming pool, and rooftop garden have been planned to complete the unique lifestyle offered by this location.
