This project involves the development of an agricultural and life sciences research complex within Argricon Valley in Jeonbuk Innovation City. This technical proposal covers three of the five planned sites: the National Institute of Food Science and Technology, the National Institute of Horticultural and Special Crops Science, and the National Institute of Animal Science. Designed as a state-of-the-art research complex preparing for the future of the agricultural and life sciences industry—the Fourth Industrial Revolution—it is an open research complex that engages with the public and an eco-friendly research complex featuring a natural cycle energy system that utilizes waste resources generated within the complex.
