Located on Điện Biên Phủ Street, which leads into downtown Ho Chi Minh City, the 197DBP Hòa Bình Office aims to create an optimal workspace featuring an open void reaching toward the sky and a glass block composed of two distinct elements. The minimalist, no-frills design will revitalize the building as a strong yet dignified presence in the area. Its front façade connects with the nearby street, while the rear links to a route expected to be developed in an eco-friendly and attractive manner in the future. Junglim’s Ho Chi Minh office completed the basic design service in 2025.
