Taepyeong 4-dong Welfare Center Project started with two issues to solve – the slope level around the site and the efficient of 5 different programs. We set the direction of this project to focus on how to solve and link those problems together. That is, we tried to figure out the solutions for the flow of various programs through the slope and for the lack of horizontal space due to the slope condition through an empty space made from the layer of the programs. Therefore, the goal of this project was to create a cultural complex center that would be functional in terms of flow, level, program, suitable for the context, with much and extensive flatland (yard), and this was connected to the realization of spatiality of the site.
