What is Land Trust CM?

Land trust construction management is a systematic process of actions like holding the ownership of a land in trust from the landowner (truster) who lacks money for construction or development know-hows; performing all the process of development project from planning, financing, construction management, and the sale and lease of its apartments; and giving the profits generated in the process back to the landowner or another designated by the owner. According to the type of dealing with the trust property, it is classified into sales or rental land trusts. Otherwise, it can also be classified into development or management land trusts according to whether the procurement of construction money is charged or not.
