Global CM Specialized Enterprise
Junglim Architecture has been steadily carrying out supervision and CM services in the Asian market, based on the Shenyang branch (2009) and the Vietnam branch (2010).
We have established a bridgehead to the global business with the 2013 KOICA official development assistance (ODA) project―the CM service in the Middle and South Americas―and grown as a global CM special enterprise by participating in such global projects as Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) and Asian Development Bank (ADB).
Korea International Cooperation Agency
KOICA aims at improving friendly and cooperative relationships between Korea and other developing countries, supporting whose economic and social developments so as to promote international cooperation. The main activities of this agency include material cooperation based on buildings, facilities, and equipment; dispatch of experts and invitation of trainees; dispatch of the World Friends Korea Volunteers group; global training; philanthropic support and overseas emergency relief through international organizations, NGOs, and recipient countries’ governments; ODA research and education assessment; and cooperation projects with civil society.
Economic Development Cooperation Fund
EDCF was established in 1987 to support industrial development and economic stabilization of developing countries and promote economic cooperation with them. This is to provide loans for the late developing countries just as Korea was given assistant loans by the developed countries in the past so as now to have the larger scale of economy and the higher status in the international society.
Asian Development Bank
The work scope of ADB includes investment in regional development and its facilitation, adjusting policies and plans about the development, providing technical assistance, and collaboration with international institutions. Specifically, its main functions range from financing or directly investing for economic development to providing paid or unpaid technical services for establishing, implementing, consulting on, or conducting academic research on, development plans.
