The Songjeong District in Ulsan is the last residential development area in the heart of Ulsan Metropolitan City and is located in the Auto Valley, which connects National Route 7 and the Hyundai Motor Ulsan Plant. The area is set to benefit from a convenient transportation network, including the development of the KTX Ulsan Station area and the double-track electrification of the Donghae Nambu Line (Busan–Ulsan). The site is adjacent to schools, streams, and parks in the Songjeong District of Ulsan, so the focus of the plan was on creating a complex that connects nature and the city. Furthermore, the design prioritizes south-facing orientations to maximize views, and by constructing only five buildings while dedicating the remainder to large-scale outdoor spaces, the project enhances overall comfort.
