Located between the old downtown area of Ulsan, a dynamic industrial hub, and the Banyeon District of Eonyang, a city rich in history and culture, Ulsan National University is connected to the nature, history, local community, and regional industries of Ulsan Metropolitan City. As such, it has the potential to contribute to the formation of a new identity for the city as an ecological, cultural, and high-tech industrial hub. This potential has been realized through a series of multi-layered loops that organize spaces for horizontal exchange where the university and the region, education and leisure, and people and nature converge.
