Located on the Mediterranean coast approximately 15 km west of central Tripoli, this resort complex consists of a resort hotel, villas, serviced apartments, and a marketplace. The project aims to create Libya’s premier resort complex by fully leveraging the stunning white sandy beaches and the rocky coastline where waves crash against the rocks. This joint venture between Qatar’s state-owned Qatari Diar and Libya’s OYIA was awarded to Daewoo E&C on a design-build basis, with Jeonglim participating as the project’s lead designer. Hilton will serve as the hotel operator, and QPM will act as the project manager, overseeing the entire design and construction process, establishing this project as a benchmark for international projects.
