Tower 730 (Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance Gangnam Headquarters) is located on Teheran-ro, amidst a cluster of office buildings featuring a variety of architectural styles.

This project distinguishes itself from other buildings in both form and function. To achieve the specific design goal of embodying the corporate image expected of a corporate headquarters, many aspects related to the building’s volume and exterior were already defined prior to the full-scale design process, taking into account how the building would respond to its surrounding context.
