This project is a community-oriented, mid-sized commercial facility designed to establish a distinct identity that sets it apart from the nearby large-scale mixed-use commercial complex. It aims to create an enjoyable shopping environment by differentiating the merchandising plan within the floor-by-floor master plan.
Considering that the site is located near a university and a densely populated apartment area, a clean, box-shaped mass and a rooftop plaza extending to the upper floors were designed to convey a sense of openness. The building facade features vertical patterns and recessed landscape lighting to create a vibrant image. Brick and tile panels, which naturally highlight the material’s texture, were used to ensure the building maintains a dignified yet intimate atmosphere over time.
