The site for this project is located within the Industrial Technology University, which is situated in the Sihwa National Industrial Complex—a reclaimed land area. A research institute and a 20-meter-wide front road are situated at the front of the site, while a green corridor connecting the entire city runs along the rear.
The Industry-Academia Collaboration Plaza focuses on harmoniously integrating a high-tech image with a cozy residential environment. It provides customized spaces where education and research can be organically and practically integrated, while also striving to create a people-friendly and comfortable environment through the incorporation of natural elements.
