This project was commissioned with the aim of creating a high-quality residential complex within the Incheon Free Economic Zone, a key hub for promoting foreign investment and strengthening national competitiveness. Led by the Incheon Urban Development Corporation, this project set forth an ambitious goal: to create a future-oriented, nature-friendly residential complex that would elevate the quality of living in Incheon by fostering connectivity among three separate complexes through a design competition and actively incorporating innovative ideas from each. Songdo is evolving into a new city fully capable of serving as a future hub with excellent transportation access, while also incorporating the key functions of an international business district. It is precisely there that efforts were made to bring this new residential vision to life.
