Singil 10 New GATE

Shingil New Town has been recognized as the gateway to southern Seoul and a transportation hub since 45 years ago, when residents first moved into the Namseoul Apartments in 1974. Among these areas, Shingil District 10 boasts a prime location with excellent views of the Han River and convenient transportation, including the upcoming opening of the Sinansan Line, and is situated at the entrance to Shingil New Town. Designed to embody the identity of Singil New Town—which connects people, culture, and nature—this project aims to serve as the new gateway to the neighborhood. The New Gate functions as a vast public space connected to the street-level retail area on the lower floors, bridging the complex with the local community. We have designed a landmark exterior through specialized design elements to maximize the complex’s value and plan to establish an exclusive commercial premium by creating an image as a landmark shopping complex in the prime area immediately adjacent to Sinpung Station.
