Seoul International Port

Seoul International Port

As the Seoul port of call for the Gyeongin Ara Waterway—a new route connecting Northeast Asia—we are launching a Han River ferry terminal that opens up to the world. As the premier waterfront facility directly connected to the Han River, it invites visitors to experience the river’s flow and natural beauty. Serving as a hub for Northeast Asian tourism, this passenger terminal—located right in the heart of Seoul—will become a new landmark along the Han River with its unique architectural design symbolizing the city. The clubhouse and floating hotel, which meet the river directly, will maximize their value as high-end tourism and cultural facilities that go beyond a simple terminal. From the depiction of flowing river water and the fluidity of the structure that fully embraces the river’s light to the rooftop garden that recreates the greenery of the old Han River banks, we aim to bring a new sense of inspiration to the Han River waterfront with an even more eco-friendly passenger terminal.
