RCE Sejahtera Center Tongyeong

Sejahtera Forest RCE Center Tongyeong

Architecture serves as a starting point for understanding a region.

The site where the Sejatra Center (RCE Education Center) will be built lies at the boundary where the sea meets green spaces. We are exploring the optimal location for the building by fully considering the site’s valley-like characteristics and the flow of the terrain.

We plan to locate the Sejatra Center (RCE Education Center), the Green Living Experience Building, other aquatic experience facilities, and the Visitor Center on the available portion of the site—which is surrounded by forest—while fully considering the site’s slopes and its diverse views. Since the site has a level difference of approximately 20–30 meters from the entrance, the building must be designed with sufficient consideration for cut and fill operations.
