This project is to reconstruct the so-called super-near-station apartment complex which is adjacent to the subway line 5 station, Myeong-il Station. The locations and conditions of high-rise units are fit for the oft-repeated luxury apartment where you can expect the premium of viewing the Han River. A large community square was made up by connecting Gomyeong Primary School, the center of Block 1 and 2, with the central square within the complex. Other features include the street shops that will facilitate the street along the Dunchon-ro Road, the 38-story high-rise building for the view towards the Han River, and the building layout considering the wind path. It is expected that this will help Samik Green Apartment to be reborn as the future landmark of Gangdong area.
