The project site is centrally located between the northern and southern residential areas of Pyeongtaek. It offers easy access to various cultural and lifestyle amenities in the Seoul area via the KTX, and boasts excellent connectivity to both the city center and outlying areas through the BRT route linking Jije Station to Anseong IC. The area possesses significant potential driven by large-scale development plans, including the opening of educational facilities (e.g., elementary and high schools) within the urban development zone, which will provide excellent educational environments. The design of the main buildings and outdoor spaces was planned with consideration for the context of the large-scale apartment complexes within the Jije Seogyo District, as well as the flow of traffic around the schools.
