This project, selected for Block SA-1—a site designated for research support facilities within the Pangyo Techno Valley complex—was designed to support surrounding research facilities and accommodate the EDU-PARK program. To accommodate these two programs, the design utilizes a landscaped podium at the lower levels to maximize accessibility and connectivity to the support facilities. In the high-rise section, the design was planned to symbolically highlight the dual nature of EDU-PARK—its educational (EDUCATION) and park (PARK) aspects.
