Pangyo Central Multi Complex

Pangyo Central Multi Complex

This project involves the development of nine blocks—including mixed-use residential and commercial buildings, retail spaces, office spaces, and public parking facilities—on a commercial site of approximately 143,000 square meters within the Pangyo District of Seongnam. The goal is to create a state-of-the-art urban complex connected to Pangyo Station, featuring a creative development concept that harmoniously integrates diverse functions such as retail, business, culture, residential living, and leisure, while establishing distinctive themes and landmarks. Based on the ideal model of a future mixed-use city, organic interconnections between blocks, and sustainable eco-friendly principles, this proposal envisions a new city that serves as a venue for people-gathering events, a hub that integrates and accommodates diverse functions and programs, and a world-class central commercial district that will define the new identity of Pangyo. It aims to create a new city that functions as a landmark and cultural icon for Korea.
