Alpha Dome City is the first large-scale complex development of the southern capital region, sized about 1.2 million sq. m. and based on the nation largest project financing, where housing, commerce, office, and culture facilities mingle together. Located in Pangyo, which provides easy access to traffic infrastructure such as Sinbundang (Dynamic Express) Line, Gyeonggang Line, and GTX (Great Train eXpress) and where the 1st and 2nd Techno Valleies are supposed to be developed, Alpha Dome City creates a new lifestyle, i.e. Pangyo Style based on the identity of Pangyo characterized by the locational advantage and the characteristics of residents. Also, it is a complex commercial facility that produces cultural symbolism as well as differentiated and original landscape, or an experiential and continuous multi-level network of various spaces that are organically connected both underground and aboveground.
