To mark its 30th anniversary, Baegwang Church is relocating to a newly constructed building scaled to fit its current budget, while also allowing for future expansion to accommodate the church’s growth.
The education building is situated along the 30-meter-wide road on the east side, with the oval-shaped main sanctuary set back one row behind it. This arrangement creates a secluded inner courtyard that avoids the congestion of the main road, while also serving as a resting place for local residents and a safe passage for students commuting to the adjacent high school.
Baegwang Church, which will be fully completed with the addition of the education building, will possess religious symbolism, with the main sanctuary—a sacred space—being accessed through a gate formed by the education building on the main road.
