Nadam District Development Marster Plan

This is a mixed-use development project planned for the site of the current Naadam Stadium in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, which will include an international trade center, convention and office facilities, cultural and assembly facilities, educational and research facilities, residential facilities, and medical facilities. This site, home to the existing Mongolian Naadam Stadium, is famous as a venue for Mongolia’s annual traditional festival and as a symbolic place steeped in the memories of the Mongolian people. The site is divided into three blocks centered around the Naadam Stadium, with planning to proceed in phases. It is set to become a new landmark in Ulaanbaatar, embodying Mongolia’s vision for a future international city.
