The site is located within the Cheonan Logistics Complex, which is being developed in the new downtown area of northwestern Cheonan. It is surrounded by a large-scale IT complex, and a major retail and distribution facility is situated across the street. For several years following its development, the Cheonan Logistics Complex remained underutilized and undeveloped. During the early design phase, we conducted a thorough review with the client, exploring various directions. After finalizing the decision to develop the site as a commercial facility (for sale), our approach to achieving results that align with this objective became the starting point for this project. We aimed to transcend the limitations of conventional commercial facilities for sale by creating a distinctive commercial environment that satisfies both commercial viability and functionality.

This project, Cheonan Machi Avenue III (A5-1BL), incorporates the “village” theme into the facade design, floor patterns, and landscaping, creating a concept distinct from previous phases—which featured “spring, summer, autumn, and winter” themes—to offer a fresh aesthetic.
