Changwon Hospital began in 1979 as a 600-bed rehabilitation hospital serving the National Industrial Complex and has since evolved into a 500-bed general hospital in Changwon City, providing public healthcare services.
Due to a shortage of patient rooms and clinical spaces, as well as aging infrastructure, the hospital has reached its limits in providing high-quality medical services and a comfortable healing environment.
Presenting a master plan to transform the hospital into a forward-looking institution will serve as an opportunity to reinvent it as a patient-centered hospital. We hope that the first phase—involving the remodeling and expansion of the inpatient and outpatient departments—will mark the first step toward Changwon Hospital’s renewed growth.
