This project involves the development of a former KT&G factory site, specifically the mixed-use residential and commercial block among the three designated blocks. As a prime location adjacent to both a park and a shopping mall, the design aims not only to revitalize the complex but also to strengthen its connection with the park and the surrounding neighborhood. Rather than creating merely functional spaces, the design incorporates various features at the complex’s corners and plazas to attract people’s attention.
