Located in Giheung, Korea Golf & Art Village is a project aimed at diversifying the golf course business—which has reached its growth limits—by developing a new complex. While seeking a gradual transformation from a golf course into a mixed-use cultural and arts space, the project also aims to maximize synergy by proposing a business hotel and serviced apartments through integration with the newly constructed adjacent Lotte Mall. The serviced apartments offer the premium amenities of a private resort, while the hotel enhances accessibility to Lotte Mall. The triangular massing plan minimizes visual interference between guest rooms and confers a sense of landmark symbolism to the complex.
