This factory was established by Codaco, a leader in the die-casting industry, as part of its expansion into overseas markets, located in the Santa Maria Industrial Complex in Mexico. The factory layout, consisting primarily of a casting building and a machining building, features an efficient workflow from the arrival of raw materials for die-casting products to their shipment. The design embodies the concept of an “iconic mass” that ensures visibility, symbolism, and a strong front-facing presence. The color scheme was planned to create harmony by utilizing the company’s signature blue and gray tones.
