Kiwoom Finance Square Headquarters

Kiwoom Finance Square Headquarters

Kiwoom Finance Square, located in the Yeouido Finance-specific Development Promotion Zone, is planned as a new flagship office to replace the 40-year-old Kiwoom Group headquarters. Positioned at the heart of Yeouido’s financial district, the building embodies the group’s growth vision and innovative philosophy through symbolic architectural language.

Through collaboration with Meier Partners, a refined design reflecting Kiwoom Group’s corporate values was achieved, featuring efficient massing, flexible interior spatial layouts, and integrated office environments that closely connect the group’s affiliates within a single building. The 8F to 10F atrium serves as the headquarters’ central amenity and a mediator for external exchange, planned as a daylit, open business lounge. This space acts as the psychological core for employees’ rest and exchange where their flexible collaboration and external networking occur, symbolizing Kiwoom Group’s open organizational culture.

Kiwoom Finance Square realizes a vertical network connecting the city and corporation, people and finance, establishing itself as a new financial landmark within Yeouido’s skyline.
