This project required careful planning to ensure that the forest to the north of the complex and the waterfront to the south were not disrupted by the building. A large forest was created within the complex to connect the neighborhood park with the stream, and walking paths leading to the neighborhood park were designed to establish a green network. To ensure a pleasant living environment, all residential units were oriented toward the south, and open views were planned to align with the visual axes. To ensure safe pedestrian access, all roads were designed with separate lanes for pedestrians and vehicles. A diverse, themed community was carefully designed, featuring various program spaces, a communal courtyard for residents, and educational facilities located along the route to the school.
