Led by Heejun Yoon, the Renovation & Office Facilities BU specializes in renovation projects centered on heritage and legacy sites, as well as office facilities. Through ESG-related projects, the unit embodies the values of sustainable architecture and focuses on unlocking the potential of existing assets. The unit is currently undertaking a variety of projects, including the remodeling of Lotte Department Store in Bundang, the Namsan Green Building, the NICE Holdings headquarters, the National Museum of Korea, and the LG U+ Nonhyeon headquarters. Furthermore, by expanding the scope of renovation to the urban level, the unit is pursuing projects that integrate urban planning and architecture, such as the Gongdeok Station Area Revitalization Project.

Heejun Yoon graduated from the Department of Architecture at ChungAng University and earned a master’s degree from the Graduate School of Environmental Studies at Seoul National University. He joined Jeonglim Architects in 2004 and has accumulated diverse experience spanning both design and planning through roles in the Design Division 1, the Planning Office, and the Operations Support Center. He has broadened his understanding of the organization as a whole by participating not only in urban and architectural design projects but also in numerous task forces and policy planning initiatives. Drawing on his experience executing large-scale projects that bridge architecture and urban planning, he focuses on expanding the potential of existing architecture. Currently, he is contributing to strengthening Jeonglim Architects’ synergy by organically linking the expertise of each Business Unit (BU).
