Hana Dream Town, which embodies the values and vision of Hana Financial Group, adopted “integration and growth” as the core objectives of its master plan. The three separate development sites are unified by a spacious front plaza, and key facilities—including the headquarters, the Talent Development Institute, comprehensive sports facilities, and welfare facilities—are seamlessly integrated around the Hana Square courtyard. Integration within the facilities was achieved by bringing nature into the heart of the buildings, fostering natural interaction and communication. Hana Avenue, which runs through the entire complex, connects key facilities within the site and serves as an axis for future growth, enabling a master plan that allows for easy expansion and scalability of each facility. The nature-friendly Hana Dream Town allows the surrounding natural environment to permeate the entire complex, enabling everyone to enjoy nature, and will offer a unique sense of happiness through themed courtyards.
