Songsan Greencity in Hwaseong city is a center of transportation neighboring West Coast Highway and Gwangmyeong-Suwon highway. There is a superior residential environment with a well-established city infrastructure, such as Baegot new town, Shihwa industrial complex, and universities. This superb natural landscape is remarkable because of its proximity to the west coast, Ansancheon, the neighborhood park, and the streams near EAB7 block. Incorporating these benefits to the main strategy, we planned a large scale of open space twice the size of a soccer field by securing a distance between the buildings with a minimized deployment of 9 buildings. We also planned to take a natural environment into the complex through an open view arrangement plan.
