To maximize the functionality and marketability of the office space, the design endows the office building—which must inevitably adopt a simple form—with a strong sense of identity while ensuring it harmonizes with its surroundings. By expanding the site’s public space and creating a dramatic entrance, the design introduces a variety of programs to complement the office’s single-use function.
