With Marriott selected as the operator, this project focuses on maximizing the marketability of the residential units. The proposed design features residential units in the upper floors and a hotel and retail spaces in the lower floors. To differentiate the project from the surrounding high-rise officetels, the strategy focuses on 4-bay apartment-style floor plans, ensuring views from every unit, a southeast-facing orientation, and access to hotel services. A sky lounge and fitness center are located at the top to serve as a landmark in the station area, while the close integration of the ground-floor retail spaces and hotel amenities with the surrounding streetscape is designed to enhance sales appeal.
