Leader Dongho Lee has held positions at SsangYong Engineering and SK Construction (now SK Eco Plant) before serving as Executive Vice President in charge of Design at Hyundai Engineering. Over the course of 31 years, he has led projects in 18 countries worldwide—including the United States, South America, Europe, Russia, and Asia—covering industrial facilities such as plants, mobility solutions, and battery and rechargeable battery facilities, as well as research laboratories, logistics centers, offices, and commercial facilities. Through approximately 10 years of overseas field work, he gained firsthand experience with local cultures, customs, permitting processes, and subcontractor management. He also has a proven track record of managing the full lifecycle of industrial projects through his work with the estimating team and the overseas claims team.

Through collaboration with leading global firms such as Siemens, AECOM, Tebodin, Parsons, Fluor Daniel, and Takenaka, we have continuously upgraded our technical capabilities and taken the lead in establishing related systems. Drawing on our experience in executing hundreds of fast-track projects for industrial facilities overseas, we pursue integrated technical capabilities that encompass construction costs, constructability, schedule, materials, safety, and quality—all based on the principle of proactively preventing on-site issues at the design stage.
