In Teheran-ro called as Wall Street in Korea, there is a skeleton building standing there for the last 20 years. Its construction was launched in 1995 as a building of Shinhan Investment Corp., but was not finished and exposed its skeleton until today due to several changes of owners since October, 1998. Meanwhile, Daemyung Construction, known as Daemyung Luchen Apartment, became the new owner of this building after all these 17 years and started a change of the design into the main building of the construction company 22 years after its construction was first started. As a new home of Daemyung Construction established in 1971, this project focuses on securing symbolism of urban street, Teheran-ro, while including the future value of Daemyung, as well as its own distinctive identity.
