We propose a mixed-use residential complex on the Daedeok Convention Center site, previously designed by JUNGLIM. We aim to create a masterpiece landmark where architectural imagination comes to life in a prime location for upscale living, featuring the GRAND ARCH—a massive gateway that connects to the city’s last remaining forest. We anticipate that this project will become a new landmark by offering the “green premium” of forest-adjacent apartments where residents can relax, and by establishing a high-end residential community through an open GATE linking Gamcheon and Hwabongsan.
