The site is situated north of Mount Uam and Mount Nakga, offering exceptional natural scenery. To actively incorporate these green spaces into the complex, the master plan was designed to ensure a sense of openness and ample outdoor space.
By utilizing BIM for architectural and structural planning, we minimized design errors and reduced structural material quantities to achieve cost savings. The deck design, which actively utilizes the elevation differences within the complex, enhances pedestrian convenience while improving the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the underground parking garage.
As a public rental housing complex, we planned an optimized development through value engineering (VE) across various disciplines to provide residents not only with a high quality of living but also with housing at affordable rent.
