This development project, being carried out as a structural upgrading initiative in the Namdong Industrial Complex in Incheon, was driven by the developer with a focus on achieving high sales performance and ensuring public benefits for the surrounding area.

The program comprises manufacturing facilities, an office-type knowledge industry center, dormitories, and neighborhood amenities. To maximize pre-sale appeal, the design includes a vehicle circulation plan that allows for drive-through access, as well as terraces and sunken areas designed with accessibility in mind. To enhance public benefits, green spaces—which are scarce in the surrounding area—were incorporated throughout the building, and the front facade was opened up as much as possible to improve the pedestrian environment.
