A study was conducted to revitalize the diverse spaces created by the intersection of cultural elements and the building mass. On the site, which borders a 35-meter-wide main road and underutilized plots, an internal street mall was incorporated, with a plaza situated between them to effectively concentrate and distribute pedestrian flow. At the front, the event plaza features a dynamic cinema building on one side and connects to the second-floor terrace via a staircase designed as a striking architectural feature. Located at the entrance to the street mall, this plaza has a high crowd-drawing effect and plays a decisive role in the overall perception of the building mass. The inserted mass adds another line, directly and indirectly illustrating the fluid connection of pedestrian flows; this flow acts as an additional element, further enlivening the mass and the surrounding space.
