It was no easy task to reconcile the client’s desire to express religious beliefs through architecture with the functional requirements of the CBS staff who would eventually occupy the space. That is precisely why it was such an intriguing project, one that brought me both great joy and a deep sense of gratitude. This project involved grappling with how to create a building that, while serving as both a religious and a broadcasting facility, could honor God while also appropriately reflecting the lives of those within.
