Bucheon Beombak Block B-1 is located just 2 km from Yeokgok Station on Subway Line 1, offering convenient access to Seoul and other areas of the metropolitan region, as well as easy access to all parts of Bucheon. Additionally, the development is designed to bring the vibrant natural environment of the surrounding area into the complex as much as possible for residents to enjoy. To allow the approximately 20,000-pyeong hilly neighborhood park to flow directly into the complex, Solbaram Hill was created to divide the complex into left and right sections. An eco-bridge was connected to extend the natural ecosystem all the way to the center of the complex, ensuring that the external spaces blend harmoniously with the internal landscaping.
As a result, an ecological rural city nestled within nature was created. As an eco-friendly residential complex that harmonizes with nature, the entire complex is formed by multi-tiered natural slopes, allowing for the creation of an interesting landscape with multiple sequences even within the compact complex. The natural environment of the neighborhood park, flowing into the complex over Solbaram Hill, was planned to move vertically via the Eco-Bridge—which serves as a connecting point for the natural ecosystem—and spread horizontally throughout the center of the complex. This north-south axis of natural greenery extends from the toddler play area to the entrance plaza of the children’s playground. To the right, it connects to the central plaza and the children’s playground, integrating community facilities, childcare centers, walking paths, and water features to play a vital role in forming a residential community as an open community, while also establishing an east-west axis of green space.
