We are implementing a structural upgrading project for aging industrial complexes to enhance their competitiveness and create spaces that improve workers’ quality of life by providing a differentiated living and working environment in conjunction with Gyeonggi Happy Housing. Additionally, we have planned specialized facilities linked to shared offices, shared factories, and shared living spaces to strengthen public accessibility. We have designed a nature-friendly space by leveraging the rich surrounding environment and incorporating three-dimensional greenery within the buildings, and we have created a pleasant industrial complex by ensuring nighttime scenery and visual axes. By implementing the smart network pursued by the Korea Industrial Management Corporation, we are realizing a smart space that maximizes collaboration, thereby establishing a platform that connects cutting-edge technology with people, lifestyles, and culture.
