
On Monday, June 9th, a groundbreaking ceremony for the ‘Public-Private Partnership Parking Complex Building’ was held in Sinwon-dong, Seocho-gu District. This project, jointly promoted by Seocho-gu and Kia, is drawing attention as a win-win model where a private company and local government collaborate to improve parking issues and living infrastructure together, going beyond simply expanding parking near Cheonggyesan Station. Junglim Architectureis participating as the designer for this project and is expected to contribute to providing practical convenience in citizens’ daily lives and creating sustainable value together with the local community. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by key figures including Seocho District Mayor Jeon Seong-su and Kia Corporation’s Head of Management Support Division, Jeong Sang-kwon. Representing Junglim Architecturewere Lee Myeong-jin, Head of Advanced Design Division; Lee Chang-heon from Mobility BL; Ahn Jeongtaek from Big Tech BL; and Kim Do-hyeong from TL.
