The site is a mixed-use plot located in the heart of the Ulsan Ujeong Innovation City and is designated as a Special Planning Zone. We proposed a “compact city” concept to realize a landmark complex in Ulsan that accommodates diverse programs, including residential, retail, hospitality, and office spaces. By creating an urban landscape that considers the context, connecting with adjacent parks, establishing clear zoning for each program, providing open pedestrian spaces linked to the city streets, and developing differentiated sales products based on marketability analysis, the proposed Aquila City will harmoniously coexist with its surroundings. Like the wings of a soaring eagle, it will overlook Ulsan from a dynamic and dignified vantage point.
